
Hi, is there anybody from NTSA on this list in charge of TIMS who can assist? It seems that aliens can not register on TIMS because the data base has no information about alien card serial numbers nor id-numbers? If you try to access NTSA services thru ecitizen then there is no option to apply for the new biometric drivers license. -- Gerhard May

ecitizen and NTSA are not related, and they are run by different Ministries. At least this is what I was told when I had a similar challenge.
