Lilian With all due respect. Why are you giving stakeholders 12 hour notice to come and deliberate and input into such an important document? It begs the question on whether you guys are rally serious about the input from stakeholders or you are just ticking the ‘Public Participation’ box? Some online transparency is required by the 2019 Data Protection Act (DPA) section 24 (6)

With all due respect. Why are you giving stakeholders 12 hour notice to come and deliberate and input into such an important document?
It begs the question on whether you guys are rally serious about the input from stakeholders or you are just ticking the ‘Public Participation’ box?
This is, to say the least, completely unacceptable.

Dear Lilian, As Ali noted, the notice is too short, but trust electronic submissions such as this one are acceptable. Factoring 2019 is almost complete maybe it is a 2020-2024 policy plan? Trying to go through the detailed document. Is there any commitment to building up local IT firms? Say, 100 IT firms (combined), annually, earning KES 100 Bln from national & county govts by 2024? Crooked firms cook data, hinder access to information, so more emphasis needed on ethics. Is there any commitment to blacklist firms involved in bribery? https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/19/business/dealbook/foreign-corrupt-practic... https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/economy/How-UK-sleuths-unearthed-Kenya-s...
