It's been ~1½ since I took a peek at issues raised in the archive message below. *https://lists.kictanet.or.ke/pipermail/kictanet/2022-April/037193.html <https://lists.kictanet.or.ke/pipermail/kictanet/2022-April/037193.html>* I recently noticed that expiry dates shown after topping-up a Saf line are inline with industry standard of 90 days instead of 30 days. Safcom now has a service you can "preserve" your line for upto 2 years called *Daima. *Enrolling to get an eSim still requires a visit to a shop/store but all in all that's 2 out of 3. It's the norm for customers to complain/be vocal when things aren't up to snuff but I take this opportunity to express my gratitude. Stephen Chege, you may be there or not, and whomever works with and/or under you a hearty thanks* - shukran*. Regards, Adrian Teri
