@ Harry Hare, true. It is a message calling for a peaceful election and President Obama does sound neutral just to quote "The Choice of who will lead Kenya is up to the Kenyan people. The US does not endorse any candidate for office but supports an election that is peaceful and reflects the will of the people". I know its not ICT related...but from GG and Harry rejoinders, allow me to conclude that perhaps Airforce1 is after all a member of AMANI=PEACe Coalition..but then again others would say he looked JUBILANT :-) walu. ________________________________ From: Grace Githaiga <ggithaiga@hotmail.com> To: jwalu@yahoo.com Cc: "kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke" <kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> Sent: Tuesday, February 5, 2013 8:12 PM Subject: Re: [kictanet] President Obama's Message to the People of Kenya @ Harry Hare, true. Did we expect him to ask us to sharpen our pangas? I just have to rain on this parade and say he is not saying anything a mama mboga in Somalia wouldn't say. This is just diplomatic noise reenforcing the status quo. Nothing new. Lets not be awed by every word that is spoken by Obama however pedestrian it may be. We don't need any baby-sitting from uncle Sam.
