Mutua beats us to it

Hi, The government spokes one has pulled another one from under the rest of us, he has decided to put up his own station to tell Kenyan's about all the good things they have done. Regards Robert Yawe KAY System Technologies Ltd Phoenix House, 6th Floor P O Box 55806 Nairobi, 00200 Kenya Tel: +254722511225, +254202010696

Such spurious waste of public funds leaves one speechless. So in effect there will be two state broadcasters? What possible benefit is that? On Mon, Apr 12, 2010 at 6:50 PM, robert yawe <[email protected]> wrote:

If this is his own station (personal) and not government-owned/sponsored, then that is the way to go! It is about time we had a positive radio/TV station out there. How do we get to listen to it Robert? From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Rad! Robert, Mutua was quoted out of context. The Law is very clear on Public Broadcst. We cannot break the law by creating more than one Public Broadcaster. What he meant was that much on KNA content would find home in the many channels created by KBC (the signal distributor). Regards Ndemo.

Without stirring controversy Bwana PS, we know Dr. Mutua is the blue eyed boy. In some occasions, his word has superseded the law So we will not be surprised if the government get frequencies to drum up its policies On 16/04/2010, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote:
