Dear Paul, Just to say hearty congrats to KICTB for the Tandaa grants to stimulate innovations in the sector! This is the way to go - create job opportunities, provide room for creative thinking and support economic development! As you roll-out the program, grow and learn, I would encourage a research-oriented approach to the identification of areas of critical needs from potential beneficiaries in key sectors of the economy (demand-driven) so the solutions address expressed national needs and have potential to scale.
