Listers, I am pleased to inform you that CCK, in collaboration with the NCIC, IEBC, mobile telecoms industry and the Kenya Police, today launched guidelines for prevention of transmission of undesirable bulk political content via the communications networks. The guidelines are meant to create order and a structure framework for transmission of bulk political messages over the mobile telecoms networks.
