Hi badru Your concern on harmonisation is pertinent. It is indeed a cornerstone of eac initiative towards the single market, and eventual political federation . In this regard eac has commisioned studies in the last two years to review and develop a framework for policy and regulatory harmonisation funded by EU. In addition itu is doing a similar activity for SSA with a component of eac.
