If a courier, UPS, charges for import documentation costs in addition to shipping costs, at the source, should their local office also raise charges for an IDF? I find this a rather extortionate way of doing business and wondering if CCK has a role to play or if it can intervene? Or perhaps my understanding of the 'documentation' costs is wanting?
