(Apologies for cross posting) The fourth EA-IGF will take place on 21 and 22nd July 2011 in Kigali, Rwanda, hosted by the Government of Rwanda, coordinated by the Rwanda Information and communication Technology Association (RICTA). The forum will bring together participants from government, industry, technical community, civil society among others to discuss internet governance issues that are unique to the East Africa region. The forum aims at creating a community of practice that will become a sustaining foundation for meaningful participation of East African stakeholders in internet public policy processes at the national, regional and global levels.
