The Kenya Information and Communications Act CAP 411A together with the Electronic Certification and Domain Name Administration Regulations, 2010, provide a legal framework for the licensing of Dot KE country code top level domain registry services in the country. In this regard, CCK has developed a licensing framework for Dot KE country code top level domain registry services.

CCK invites stakeholders and members of the public to submit their comments on the proposed licensing framework for the Dot KE country code top level domain administration. The comments submitted will be considered for incorporation in the final documents.
