through tax incentives.

Walu,
I would like to see increased household internet connectivity especially in
Nairobi's environs like kajiado & Machakos counties, more affordable mobile
internet and deliberate efforts to bring more women online.
Walu,
Can't seem to add to the google doc, don't have the permissions.
I'd like to see some direction on the Net Neutrality question.
Regards,
Sidney

Walu,
For me its painful to see the differences in access to data between Nrb
and the counties. The posta internet cyber cafes were the best thing in
<javascript:;>>;
the
late 90's. Maybe this can be resuscitated so as to being 'affordable'
internet to the masses.

Then I thought...maybe we should add on his inbox a few of our own
ideas/ICT wishlist. Something for them (Victor+Itemere) to do in the
first
100days. After that it is often impossible to make an impact.
Here's my wishlist
1. Use technology to get rid of the legendary Nairobi Jam
2. Get ICTs to Counties i.e. Kenya is NOT Nairobi and Nairobi is NOT
Kenya
:-)
3. Return the Subsidized Laptop program for University Students (Wezesha
program)
4. Resolve the contentious Safaricom 'Dominance' Question.
5. ?
6. ?
Plse add your ideas before logging off for Xmas this thrsday.
regards.
walu.
