Hi All, The Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Information and Communications, Engineer James Rege, expressed desire to finalise Kenya National ICT Policy by May , 2005 in order to launch it in the ICTe Africa Conference in Nairobi in May, 2005. He expressed this on March 16,2005, when addressing the Launch of ICTe Africa Conference breakfast meeting at the Hilton Hotel. The launch was officiated by His Exellency Hon.
