Biometric Identification in Kenya and EAC

Listers, Do any of you know of any civil society organisations in Kenya and the East African Community that have been involved in the deliberations about adopting biometric identification for passports and IDs? Walu Reading that article headline I did a double take! And asked myself - umelipwa? :-) Then I took a few minutes to read the article carefully and realized that:- 1. Either Walu has become a full fledged journalist (Read: Sensationalism) :-) OR 2. Someone in the editorial room decided to take total creative control of your blog title.
