Listers, When Zain/Airtel joined the market, did they not launch a tariff that was dubbed "one bob PERMANENT" and they assured Kenyans that the tariff was PERMANENT! This is not the case today, what happened? Who holds operators accountable to Kenyans? Can someone from Airtel tell us what happened? Was it a hoax? When are we going to see low rates for Kenyans?
