Is Facebook founder Zuckerberg in Nairobi? I have seen pictures like the attached showing a mzungu enjoying *rech* at Mama Oliech's kiosk in Hurlingham with our ministry people. Perhaps, being a college drop-out he could lend his views on the so-called "ICT practitioners bill" or better still he could be given an appointment with Duale. W.
