Firstly, it’s de facto that mobile money agents have become Telco agnostic. It’s in the interest of everyone that these guys have multiple revenue streams. The margins for being only a Safaricom Mobile Money Agent wouldn’t make commercial sense otherwise. That's why you sometimes find agents saying ‘Sina Float’ 2.
