Kenya declares school year 'lost'

Dear Listers, Kenya has declared that its school year is lost because of the coronavirus pandemic, Primary and secondary pupils would return to class next January. What this simply means, virtual learning goes on but at what cost? In addition, a rise in safety concerns. This is a time for us parents and guardians to relook at our priorities: 1. opportunities for children bein online and 2. the challenges that come with it.
