Kenya Union of ICT Practitioners
KUIP - will it/does it exist?:) What is their stand on the current Digital Migration stand-off? -- Best regards, Odhiambo WASHINGTON, Nairobi,KE +254733744121/+254722743223 "I can't hear you -- I'm using the scrambler."
@ Wash, I believe what you are referring to here is an ICT industry (Professional) Association, in whichever form. A Union is a body of people who are employed by a certain organization, or groups of organizations, with the sole purpose of collectively bargaining for their interest. The question then should be, what is the stand of the CSK or the other new entrant ICT Association with regard to the digital migration stand off? Evans, You are right on the rename. So are the CSK and the ICT Association bona fide representative bodies for the ICT Professionals? And I'd have loved to see them in the mix, even as johhny-come-lately, if they were never represented in the Digital Migration Committee.
