Congrats Paul – this a great milestone. I would suggest KICTB maintains an online tracking system to document outcomes being achieved by each entrepreneur and to share lessons learned over time. It would also be nice to have customized pages where they can upload their progress and add content of their own about their work (a “power” page). Kudos. Paul and ICT Board, Congratulations for this open and transparent process, and as Edith said elsewhere it is indeed trend setting. I hope other entities will emulate your example of growing the national economy, and definately a step in the right direction towards providing much needed capital throughout the nation. It is no secret what the West figured out long time ago, small businesses are the backbone of any successful economy.
