Since there is likely to be a strong ICT component, I hope that you will be able to circulate this through your networks. The intention is that we will be training local trainers, who will then take the training forward throughout Tanzania. The programme is running as part of the TanzICT Programme (http://tanzict.or.tz/), a four-year programme funded through the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (Finland) and based at COSTECH, Tanzania.
