Never got the Agenda but assuming you are to discuss where to go in terms of what next after collating the contributions from various stakeholders, then heres my 2pence since i realise I cannot make it in tomorrow's meeting. 1. We need to the get the Goverment (PS Info in particular) to commit to a timetable as to when the final Draft Policy shall be published and by when it shall be discussed/endorsed by Cabinet. 2. A similar timetable for when the corresponding / appropriate ICT Bills should be passed would be a good additional. 3. We need the Government to develop a secondary document (an implementation plan) highlighting the when, the who and the how the Objectives shall be achieved and be Monitored. I know this sounds like too much to ask from Government, but hey, IMF/World Bank usually asks for more and often gets it- yet I am not sure they are paying the tax u and me are paying... walu.
