25 companies submit their EOI Proposals for the Digital Literacy Program
Dear all, The Digital Literacy Program Expression of Interest proposals were opened yesterday at 10am at the ICT Authority offices. A total number of 25 companies/consortiums successfully submitted their proposals by the slotted deadline. One more company was disqualified for late submission. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfKrCrwJBmE The EOI, is expected to be evaluated in the next 30 days on five aspects; i) Legal formation of the company/consortiums, ii) Demonstration in research and development, iii) Capability in Technology development, iv) Financial capability and v) Experience and expertise in the given area. Eligible bidders should have completed 3 similar assignments in the last five years either individually or as members of the consortium. Shortlisted candidates will then be requested to bid on their technical and financial capability. Procurement process will be complete in the next three months so as to deliver first batch by January, 2017.
