Decidim might be of interest to get feedback on proposed legislation and other similar documents for which Kictanet seems to solicit from time to time. Some reasons for its introduction in Brazil are described at: https://democracy-technologies.org/participation/brazils-participatory-pluri... It does need adaptation for local needs, especially when deployed at a large scale. It can however also be used for smaller groups.
