Dear Brian,

Reference to your email to the KICTANet list regarding the hosting of KICTANet. Kindly consider this as an expression of interest from the African eDevelopment Resource Centre (AeRC) whose founders are active KICTANet members.

We have been involved in numerous KICTANet activities and understand and subscribe to the objectives, mission and vision of the network. Given our experience, knowledge of the local ICT landscape and our networking abilities, we fell we can make a good home, albeit, temporary for KICTANet.

We therefore, offer to house KICTANet in terms of operating space and other office facilities and also offer to open a separate bank account for KICTANet under the AeRC main account. The signing powers of this account can include one other KICTANet member who is not in our employment. This account will also be open for audit by auditors identified by the network whenever is deemed necessary to do that.

We hope that we can be useful to the network.
