Public participation - Digital age
Interesting comments on public participation here.. https://www.ed.gov/open/plan/public-participation-ed-gov In addition to e-mail, web collaboration tools, blog comments, instant messaging, etc, should be emphasized here henceforth. For "public participation" we need comment enabled web pages, for items being procured at national, county, ward levels. Each tender, should have its own comment enabled web page. https://www.iebc.or.ke/work/?tenders PPOA.go.ke should also have comment enabled web pages. From *online* answers provided to queries by decent techprenuers (not interested in tenderprenuer trickery) others will have guidance on how to go about providing characters and skills to increase transparency in Kenya. I like this. I really do. Thanks Muraya. We really need to pass the teething stage when it comes to public participation- doing it to only tick a box just in case someone goes to court. On Mon, 10 Jul 2017 at 18:33 Ali Hussein via kictanet < kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:
