Hello Folks, There is never a free lunch.  One contributor on this list had once indicated that it would be necessary to publish the cost structure of a call by the mobile suppliers.  We may be happy to eat the subsidised lunch today but pay dearly when the other food vendors are out of business.  The publishing of the cost structure would make informed debates in forums like this.
