+1 Grace We have an increasing pool of jobless IT graduates looking for opportunities here and there. They need good mentorship/direction. Otherwise will have increased cases of cybertheft if we don't find a way to deal with this issue. It is mentioned they stole airtime worth Kes.20000 and around 10000 subscribers are being pursued for having bought this airtime. So were people buying Kes.2 worth of airtime on average? It is not misplaced briliance. If proven guilty, it is simply criminal. There are many others with such skills,they just choose to make honest bread with them.
