He was a good friend and an active leader in the ICT sector in the country, beyond NTSA. ...I remember having a discussion once with him on how technology could help reduce accidents. He made a good point both the police and the NTSA needed a change of mindset where they helped drivers obey the law rather than entrapping them for extortion. For example, why wouldn't we have smart roads that warned you when over speeding in a controlled zone and asked, gently to slow down. ...I thought that was difficult, at least from the majority of people he worked with.
