Judiciary.Go.Ke Did this include Information/Automation Systems?

Just read this interesting quote from the article: and I wonder if Kenyan Public Offices are open on Weekends if most are closed at 4pm on weekdays. "Dr Mutunga said the officers were sent home to protect public resources while strengthening the Judiciary’s capacity to deliver value for money. The four officers have been ordered to report back to the Chief Registrar on May 3, 2014, for further instructions." Ephraim Percy Kenyanito

For those in the know, in the article link below, did the Judiciary.Go.Ke"IT Equipment" include Information/Automation Systems or just Network & other Datacenter Infrastructure?
... The auditors also want to establish why nine contractors were paid Sh300 million before they could instal IT equipment in the Judiciary.

Maybe e-transaction (including information) systems can work 99% of the time? :) Regards Murigi / Stanley Muraya On Apr 27, 2014 12:25 PM, "Ephraim Percy Kenyanito" <[email protected]> wrote:
