I am writing to you with a request for assistance in identifying potential candidates for a short term (1 year contract, renewal not assured) employment opportunity at the P3 level.

The position is located within a UNEP office in Europe. Candidates must come from a developing country. Start date is ASAP.

The assignment focuses on the writing of reports, drafting and editing of publications and some media work. Candidates should have a proven track record in these areas and be able to take up the position on short notice.
