Guidelines for Network Redundancy- CA
FYI. See the guidelines attached. Deadline for public consultations is 9th April, 2017. (Should public consultation have a deadline?) -- *Mercy Mutemi, Advocate*.
Kanini Thanks for sharing. The issue of public participation continues to dog us. What is construed as Public Participation? 1. An Ad in the papers announcing a deadline for participation? 2. What period is ideally right for public participation? 3. What is the feedback mechanism to the public to ensure that there is communication on the effects of the participation into the final document? Until we resolve these fundamental issues government agencies will be making a mockery of this issue. Hi Colleagues, There are many online tools that can facilitate decent public participation including social media. Public Participation should ideally have a defined period so that the process can proceed to the next level. This is crazy! You ask for public participation on 5th and the DEADLINE is 9th! Did you look at the calendar by any chance? On 5 April 2017 at 09:38, kanini mutemi via kictanet < kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:
