It's on their website NC4.go.ke and even their Linkedin page. I only shared it here so that listers who are interested can access it and contribute to the call for public participation. On Sun, Mar 16, 2025 at 8:21 AM Benson Muite <benson_muite@emailplus.org> wrote:

This is a great initiative, and public participation is crucial in shaping a cybersecurity framework that protects Kenya’s digital ecosystem. The fact that this strategy will guide cybersecurity until 2029 means it needs to be both *forward-thinking* and *adaptive* to emerging threats like AI-driven cyberattacks, deepfake scams, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
*A few key considerations:*
1. *Data Protection & Privacy* – How does this strategy align with Kenya’s Data Protection Act? Will it ensure better compliance and enforcement? 2. *Cybercrime Enforcement* – Strengthening legal frameworks is important, but how will the government ensure *effective* enforcement against digital fraud, online exploitation, and other cybercrimes? 3. *Public-Private Collaboration* – Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. Does the strategy outline ways for businesses, tech communities, and the government to *collaborate* on cybersecurity initiatives?
I’ll definitely go through the draft and share my thoughts. Thanks for sharing, Mutheu 😊
