1. *Data Protection & Privacy* – How does this strategy align with Kenya’s Data Protection Act? Will it ensure better compliance and enforcement? 2. *Cybercrime Enforcement* – Strengthening legal frameworks is important, but how will the government ensure *effective* enforcement against digital fraud, online exploitation, and other cybercrimes? 3. *Public-Private Collaboration* – Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility.
