The AG motion for declaratory and injunctive relief was denied, and thus the IANA Stewardship transition may continue on schedule. The entire Internet community worked very hard on this effort and deserves praise, but we also should recognize the amazing efforts of the folks NTIA/Department of Commerce (in defending the plan developed by this community, even when things become rather challenging.)
Onward! /John
