That registration page is not working. I wish the ICT Authority would so simple, clean and non-graphical webpages recognizing bandwidth issues in this country as well as the increasing use of mobile devices to access online information. Just wondering out loud, why do we refer to proposals as "bills" ? This may mislead stakeholders who contribute to expect their views to be made into law while in fact law making is done by a different body.
