You are ideally looking for a consultant, if you are looking for an African. The digital policy skills gap is real, we are developing more talent with the Africa Digital Policy Fellowship at the Lawyers Hub. I wanted to flag this off as this skills conversation was key at the AU OECD Dialogue in Paris this week. A German at 27 has ost of these skills at PHD thanks to subsidised education, Erasmus scholarships and EU Horizon research. May we be that continent that makes education accessible for all. Will forward a few names.
