Thanks Barrack. Unfortunately Kenya is not a signatory to this deal. In Africa only Egypt, Morocco and Mauritius (the leading IT powerhouses on the continent) have signed on. Kenya is stuck with the "stone-age" EA Common Tariffs. It is ironic that the expanded Information Technology Agreement will be being celebrated at December's WTO meeting in Nairobi when the host country is not party to it.
