Kenya's Judiciary has started connecting 67 courts to the National Optic Fibre Backbone (NOFB)
The Judiciary has started connecting 67 courts to the National Optic Fibre Backbone (NOFB) as it moves to automate its processes. This game-changing development will power the Judiciary’s strategic objective of leveraging on technology as an enabler for efficiency in the delivery of justice https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/economy/judiciary-to-link-67-courts-t...
Dear Kivuva, This move is commendable. As the judiciary does all the efforts to ensure it leverages on technology, I noticed that while the registries are now digitized, the files and archiving systems are still manual. I hope to see this archiving of court files move digital too. Regards Keith On Mon, 18 Jul 2022 at 13:14, Mwendwa Kivuva via KICTANet < kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke> wrote:

Keith, The feedback is greatly appreciated. I wish to confirm that digitization of records in an on-going project. We have finalised the registries in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu counties while others are on schedule See a recent interview by our chair of the ICT committee https://youtu.be/E4NBJadKvV4 Regards ...........................................................
