Dorcas, This would appear like even the devils (criminals) are demanding for their rights and time to do their (sic) activities. I believe we have not reached and intending to go that direction, hence the mobile phone operators here need to employ their resources in improving quality of services and lowering costs instead of threatening their loyal customers with tracking SMS and so forth. We should encourage mobile phones as business tools that should add value to quality life and not to be a burden and threat to the society.
