I recall some discussions here a few weeks ago (triggered by that "Interesting Piece") and such type of "logic' was brutally called into question. So basically the government should give up - don't do CPR to Pan Paper. ....hmmm....quite unexpected from what I thought would be one of Kenya's more impartial papers.

I insist that we should either raise the quality of what we produce, or produce it at a cheaper cost. Country's always import what they cannot produce cheaply, unless the government bans it. Read about India's motor Industry
