Whao! Someone called "Afraha" seems to be aggregating the conversations on KICTAnet (and several othe african lists). Interesting/copyright/copyleft issues can arise. Indeed if someone is "broadcasting" my converstation, the least they should do is at least ask/inform the Listers accordingly. I will have to found out... walu. --- On Mon, 7/27/09, Wainaina Mungai <[email protected]> wrote:

Well, that's considering KICTANet is a 'closed' membership group. WM

hello, kuchangilia kidogo This issue arose two weeks ago on skunkworks list. My argument then and now is that what 'afraha' are doing is what has 'privately' been going on all along. At least, afraha are doing it openly. I have no problem with it myself, unless private messages are publicly published. This brings me to my second point. Are we ready or prepared for the 'openness' all these cables will bring? food for thought.... Alex On Mon, Jul 27, 2009 at 6:34 AM, Walubengo J<[email protected]> wrote:
