Overheard here in Geneva that Ethiopia now claims it never banned VoIP. Anyone else heard same? Chip

My understanding is that the law on VoIP is not yet passed - but still a Bill in Parliament or something. However, it is supposed to still allow using skype for work - the main target are internet providers (cafes etc) who have been offering computer to phone services for a fee.
