I had previously asked if it was possible to get access to the IEBC voter register which elicited some interesting responses, would it therefore not be OK to have the data made available in an anonymized format where the ID number and name would be removed.

PS. Dr. Ndemo, this will make the data open while at the same time retaining confidentiality and also provide a quick win towards the opendata initiative.
