That's doubtful.  I'm sure there's plenty of demand for global content in Africa.  I'm also sure there's plenty of money.  I'm not sure Apple knows there's plenty of money but then countries like Guinea Bissau wouldn't be on the list.

Does anybody know why Zimbabwe, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Niger, Egypt and a bunch of other African countries are there but not Nigeria, Angola, Rwanda, Tanzania, or Kenya?  Is there some sort of intellectual property law that hasn't been passed here?  It can't be market size since Kenya, Nigeria, and Angola are some of the biggest markets.
