I am sure a cup of tea with the PS would sort this out Edwin i encourage you to come along with some positive energy and engage the PS and those of us who intend to Join Bobby, we are in an era of dialogue. Your concerns are noted though, a lot needs to be done to build a great BPO industry and all players need to sing the same tune, Umoja ni Nguvu.<br>
