Unfortunately, this has been going on for a while.

Best thing to do is to visit

http://groups.google.com/groups/mysubs?hl=en

and check the Do not allow group managers to directly add me to their groups.

This will prevent your email address from being added directly without your approval.

I think you should be able to unsubscribe for now though.
