
Dennis on a lighter note police are not enforcing Kiboko, Kibati talked about enforcement, Chiefs and headmen should be given the task of caning errant drivers :-), i just saw on a friends wall on Facebook that Police in Zimbabwe have replaced the fine meted when you are found using your cell phone while driving with a jail sentence, i have not verified this, this is the way to go since i also cannot resist the temptation to use my cell phone.
