Distinguished colleagues at a Kictanet luncheon held last year which i beleive was sponsored by CCK (Walu can correct me:))  at Jacaranda Hotel, industrialist Chris Kirubi who was one of the participants warned the congregation to approach the emerging trends in ICTs with utmost caution, he talked of considering the Legal, Organisational and Financial ramifications even as we embrace the new technologies as opposed to excitement, well am sure the board is still trying to find a foothold but they might need to call another stakeholder forum to discuss the same.
My thoughtd

We would be happy to discuss further.

I would have thought that all State Corporations should be having guidelines on conflict of interest. Currently KCCT is on the spotlight - having recently awarded a contract of training call centre agents, to a newly appointed board member who runs a large call centre in Nairobi.

Dr Ndemo, I await your comment on this.
