This is a complaint "Now @SafaricomPLC repossessed & sold my Kenyan line without informing me . The new owner , a lady , now has ALL my WhatsApp data & is even engaging my contacts + the private groups I am in . Asked her why she is doing ths & she immediately blocked me. 😫"
However, the telco says it can repossess your number without notifying you.
