The event is a collaboration between the Kenya Ministry of ICT , ICT Authority, Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council of India, High Commission of India and NASSCOM India ICT industry body.

India is now emerging as a prominent trade partner for Africa and we share similarities in our desire to grow the market. IT and Telecom are now forming the backbone for the growth of countries in Africa which has become one of the fastest growing markets worldwide in ICT adoption and communication technology. Countries in East Africa are now known for their rapidly expanding internet base and broadband connectivity, fast track mobility market and plethora of e-Governance and citizen-centric projects.

The Indo-Africa Summit will explore areas of collaboration between the two trading partners.  The event will bring together over 200 companies from India and Africa for the conference and exhibition and attract over 2000 visitors for the exhibition. The event will encapsulate strategies and learning's in ICT which have the potential of unlocking huge demand of ICT services across multiple countries.
